GH Fundamentals Program

Our GH FUNDAMENTALS program leads to positive change in our clients lives and measurable results. Like our 360 Program, the GH Fundamentals program involves going through systematic GH assessments so your trainer can customize a workout program ideally suited to you, working out twice per week with a focus on maximizing the changes in your body composition, help you understand how you can improve your lifestyle/food/routine to further improve your health and results, and the thorough GH education that is central to the sustainability of your health improvements.  There is no better way to understand the Fundamentals Program than by experiencing a session:  www.ghfitness.com/learnmore

GH 360 Program

Our 360 PROGRAM is our fastest growing program because it is even MORE effective in getting clients life-changing results by using their energy efficiently inside and outside the gym facility. The 360 program is delivered by a team of our best trainers who have more time to dedicate to each client and the results are remarkable.

The 360 Program - Background

During his decades of personal training, Greg Hahaj realized the limitations of working with clients only inside the gym facility. In order to get maximum results for his clients, he knew they had to be on a path towards healthier living outside the facility as well. That meant clients could make lifestyle changes, often small, that would greatly enhance their health and body. However, he was surprised at how few clients were really able to make the changes he was advising. Greg realized that he was telling these clients what they should do, but not helping them actually implement these changes into their already busy and complicated lives – and permanent implementation was the only thing that mattered. It didn’t matter how much Greg knew about the body or nutrition if he didn’t know how to help his clients implement that knowledge into their lives. Thus, Greg realized he needed to leave the facility to become an EXPERT in his clients. By occasionally meeting clients in their world, he was able to figure out exactly which changes those clients could realistically start making in order to achieve the greatest result. And, more importantly, he could make implementation in their lives significantly easier. Thus, the 360 Program was born, and is now the fastest growing part of the GH School for Healthy Living. Why? Because of the results our clients get - nothing short of life-changing.

The 360 Program – So What Is It?

The program is fully customized to each individual to achieve life-changing results and your 360 Coach is like your health chief-of-staff, there whenever you need them and always focused on making it as easy as possible for you to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Because it’s customized around your needs, it’s hard to define but we’ll try. The 360 Program means:

1) Our best trainers measured by their ability to permanently impact client lives.

2) Two regularly scheduled personal training sessions per week at GH.

3) Your trainer has much more time to prepare, strategize, execute and monitor a customized and comprehensive health plan incorporating workouts, nutrition, and anything else that impacts your health.

4) The 360 Trainers also leave the facility to become true EXPERTS in their clients. This often (but not always) includes:

     a. Understanding client routines including sleep, nutrition, travel, work, and social life.

     b. Meeting the family, establishing the key support team for the client.

     c. Assessing, monitoring and managing behavior changes to adjust the strategy and speed to fit the client.

     d. When a change is going to be suggested for a client, going to the local grocery store and educating clients and whoever does the shopping/cooking on what to buy and why.

     e. Giving that client and whoever does the cooking a customized healthy cooking class in their kitchen to make sure healthy eating is not a hassle and satisfies everyone’s needs.

     f. Continuing to work with a client and their family to support the right pace of behavior change focusing on sustainability (clients are still improving their health several years into the program)!

     g. And that’s just the beginning of the journey!

Importantly, we are with our 360 clients whenever and wherever we are needed to promote a healthier lifestyle and make it easier for our clients to navigate changes to their health. The possibilities are endless, but here are a few real-life examples of how we interpret "whatever it takes":

     a) Going to doctors appointments. Heck, we went to a specialist 5 hours outside of Chicago that resulted in a client NOT getting a limb amputated.

     b) Meeting with executive assistants and creating menus for private chefs.

     c) Working with a client who was going on tour to ensure their hotels were delivering them the right food at the right time while they were on the road.

     d) Driving a client to their chemotherapy session and then cooking for them when they won’t have the strength to do it on their own afterwards.

     e) Calling vacation resorts in advance of trips to find out what facilities are available and then writing a custom program for that client to do when they have an extended trip.

     f) Going to church to listen to a client give a sermon in order to better understand how they motivated others so we could motivate them.

     g) Engaging outside experts to give us insight into the side effects of various drug combinations that were having a detrimental impact on a clients health.

     h) Whatever it takes.
