DIRECTIONS

We are located at the intersection of Lake and Waukegan roads in Glenview on the northwest corner of the intersection directly behind Bank of America and across the street from Trader Joes. We are minutes from I-94W, exit on Lake Avenue and head west less than two miles until the intersection with Waukegan.

Monday through Friday: 6:00 am - 7:00 pm Saturday: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm

ABOUT THE FACILITY

The newest GH School for Healthy Living in Glenview is more than 4,700 luxurious square feet with top of the line equipment and plenty of space to allow GH trainers to work closely and privately with their clients. The Glenview facility is GH's largest space ensuring the privacy of each session which is an important part of the GH Method. The facility includes private locker rooms and showers for both men and women. We are pretty darn proud of this one -- stop in and check it out (it's even nicer than the photos)!
