My trainer Tom Gil is awesome and keeps my workouts exciting and challenging each day. He makes sure I'm always targeting the right muscles, and he supervises everything so I do all the exercises correctly. He is also great about motivating and encouraging me. I really like that each week there is a different variation to the workouts than the week before. It keeps things fresh and fun. Tom also has me keep track of what I'm eating so that he can review it each week and help me reach my goals with great nutritional advice. He always answers all my questions in a very knowledgeable way.
All the trainers are pro's and they go out of their way to really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. There are so many great things to like about GH Fitness. My favorite is that there's never more than one or two other people working out. So you basically have the place to yourself with undivided attention from your trainer.
