I help people lose weight, improve their health, increase their energy, change their food habits, and live a more balanced life.  Personal training is my passion and my profession, and I have helped hundreds of people create significant and positive change in their lives. I view my role as educator, nutritionist, personal trainer, motivational speaker, life coach, and sometimes even alarm clock.  At GH, we take personal training beyond the hour long sessions in the studio, but we become a positive force for change in your life.
 

What I do best…is help my clients actually achieve their goals!  I will work closely with you to develop a personalized training and nutrition program that will be effective – and you will see and feel results in the first two weeks.  When you become a GH client, we become partners in your health and wellness.  My clients are often amazed at how quickly they start to feel better and look better, but that’s the result of our personalized focus on achieving your goals (and not just helping you lift weights).

I am a true professional with a long track record of helping people.  I studied nutrition and sports education for four years and I was in a premiere basketball league in Europe before moving to Chicago and focusing on my clients and their health.

#For years I have been running marathons and ultra marathons. Cardio and leg strength just seemed to come naturally to me. My upper body however was pear-shaped at best.
