Krys Krupinski
I help my clients improve the quality of their lives.
In my more than 12 years of being a personal trainer, I have helped hundreds of clients improve their health and achieve their fitness goals. However, I have also seen how achieving fitness goals has helped my clients open the door for achieving many other positive changes in their lives. There is incredible power in self-improvement, by changing the body and diet will provide a great experience in overcoming obstacles, improving discipline, and taking control of your own destiny.
I work closely with my clients to help them unlock their highest possible physical potential through careful planning, extensive education, and achieving perfect form. I am passionate about education and I focus on communication and coaching as critical elements of my personal training philosophy.
My Background
I have been a personal trainer for more than 12 years and have been a proud member of Greg Hahaj's team since the 1990's. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and I am continually learning more from my clients and from Greg about how to help my clients live longer, healthier, and happier lives. My more than eight years of training in the martial arts has also helped me develop unique exercises to improve balance, agility, and overall performance.
