I use motivation to educate my clients’ proper form and knowledge of exercise. I have a genuine passion for people, education, and exercise. I use this passion to help my clients first set and then achieve the right goals for them. I personalize every workout based on an initial and ongoing assessment of my clients so each person gets exactly what is needed for them. I love helping my clients lose weight and get in shape, but I also go so much farther. I help clients learn more about their own body so they choose to live healthier lives and feel better every day. My goals include making clients more effective at work, happier at home, and more in tune with their own healthy lifestyle.
I obtained my undergraduate degree in Management of Health and Fitness and went on to earn my master’s degree in Exercise Science. In addition to being an academic and am educator, I am also a fierce competitor. In Track and Field, I earned Michigan All State Honors from 2000 – 2004, and was also first team all-conference in basketball and volleyball and have competed at the NCAA’s in the heptathalon. I started my personal training career several years ago in Michigan, and am proud to be a part of the GH School for Healthy Living in Bucktown where I can continue learning and teaching others to improve the quality of their lives.
