I became a professional personal trainer more than 5 years ago when I realized that I could combine my passion for helping people with my passion for fitness. Simply put, I feel healthier and stronger when I see my clients growing healthier and stronger. Each day at the GH School for Healthy Living, I am thankful for the chance to teach others as I learn so much from them as well, and I have the opportunity to lead by example. I share my positive energy, knowledge for health, passion for nutrition, and experience in order to help my clients overcome obstacles and challenges in their lives and lose weight while getting healthier.
I have many clients in important stages of their lives where they need help with something in particular. It might be managing and losing weight given a recent diabetes diagnosis, dealing with frustration after failing to meet their own personal weight loss goals, or the fantastic (and challenging) time of life that is "pre and post-pregnancy." In such pivotal moments, I see that helping my clients improve their bodies and nutritional knowledge and practice can provide powerful increases in self-confidence and energy levels during these critical times of life.
I am the nephew of Greg Hahaj and have been surrounded by fitness and personal training from a very early age. The talent and passion for helping others seems to be genetic! I graduated from the University of Gdansk in Poland and was trained and certified as a personal trainer here in Chicago by the IFPA and, most importantly, by Greg Hahaj and the School for Healthy Living team. I am a proud team member with my fellow trainers and with my clients!
