I am a big believer in helping my clients achieve some of their fitness and nutrition goals quickly because I know how powerful successes in the beginning can be in creating the right long-term motivation. My clients often look back after years of training with me and recognize how making small changes in their diet and their exercise can eventually lead to big changes in terms of their physique, health, appearance, and weight.
I was practically born in the gym, and my lifetime of healthy living allows me to share first hand knowledge with my clients about how to build muscle mass, perfect their exercise form, improve their tone and firmness, achieve a balanced diet, and just feel better everyday.
In addition to being a personal trainer for more than 6 years, I am also certified by NPTI as both a nutritional consultant and a personal trainer. I played competitive soccer for much of my life, igniting my love for health and fitness. In 2005, I placed 3rd at the national NPC bodybuilding competition as well as staying focused on training my clients. I use my own knowledge of my body and health to help my clients better understand their bodies and meet their own fitness goals. My particular specialties include: strength training, weight loss, endurance training, and building muscle mass.
