I work with my clients to develop a customized health plan based uniquely on medical history, physical condition, short-term and long-term goals. Based on my thorough initial assessment process, I engineer a plan combining education, intelligent exercise, and improved nutrition that is guaranteed to get results. I believe personal training is a science as well as an art, and I am passionate about educating my clients so that they can take control of their own health and wellness.
I believe exercise is a metaphor for life and overcoming the challenges involved in weight loss, muscle gain, enhancing performance, and improving your health can help you develop and expand your own personal strength and drive to achieve. Client safety is a top priority, as I will ensure my clients have a solid foundation upon which we can only improve. Life is too short not to feel great everyday, so let's get started!
