I help my clients set their own health and fitness goals and then exceed them. How? By educating my clients, we are able to focus on how to exercise better, how to eat properly, and how to live a healthy lifestyle. I create a customized health plan for each of my clients to help them increase self-confidence in their physical health by achieving small goals one step at a time. This focus on goal achievement creates the trust that is necessary for me to form a team with my clients that allows us to achieve lasting changes in health and lifestyle. My specialty is education.
I have been deeply involved in personal training, fitness, and nutrition for more than 10 years and I am still learning everyday how to help people achieve their goals. As a young man, I was once overweight, unhealthy and unhappy. My life started to change when I finally took control over my physical health and was able to overcome my physical and mental addictions. I created a monumental change in my own life and, from that moment, I dedicated myself to helping others create positive change in their own lives as well. GH and the School for Healthy Living is not only about losing a few pounds and looking better, it is about helping clients realize by improving their health and lifestyles, everyday can be the best day of their lives!
